After our analyses and computations, you are assigned only one primary archetype. This does not preclude the possibility that you are strongly aligned with another archetype.
Upon request and in agreement with your Manager, it is possible but not advisable to complete the survey again.
The factors we use are characteristics that everyone has to different degrees. A low score means that compared to others, you have a lower preference towards this characteristic, and prefer to focus on something else. A high score in a factor means that compared to others, you have a strong preference towards this characteristic, or that you are very comfortable leaning into this natural trait.
đ About your job application
These frequently asked questions relate to how your results are used in a job application
Certain jobs require certain types of people (Sales might require competitive, extroversion; Accountant might require analytical etc). Your brain profile and archetype may be used in a job application to compare to the role profile you are applying for to see if you would be a good fit for that specific role.
There is generally more than one archetype that is suitable for a particular role; there are many factors that make up an archetype. While there will be an archetype best suited for a particular role, that does not mean other archetypes would not be good fits.
Once you have shared your brain profile results with an organisation, you cannot unshare the results. However, withdrawing from a prospective role can be handled directly with that prospective employer.
