What is Live sentiment?
Our Live sentiment feature helps your organisation to understand and elevate its people. We collect daily micro-data from your team to ensure that you can focus on areas where their efforts are best spent. We collect data over three pillars:
Role - how you feel about your role and responsibilities
Relationships - how you feel about your team and the people you work closest to
Culture - how you feel about the wider company and culture
Our insight suggests areas of friction, where it could be meaningful to have a conversation about what might be going on.
It is important to understand that lower scores across cateogies does not mean that someone is not doing a great job, it simply points towards areas that could over time lead to disengagement or other challenges.
How is the data used?
The data we collect from you are collated and analysed by us into general insights, no one’s answers are directly shared with you or your organisation. For full transparency, what is shown to you in your own profile portal is the same insights given to your manager and HR department.
Your data may also be anonymised and used for broader data analysis.
Reflection topics
A cool feature of this program is reflection questions. We give each member a selection of topics that they can choose from to focus on, and around once a week they receive a thoughtful question to help them check in with themselves and ensure their topic stays top of mind.
