Live Sentiment

📈 What is Live Sentiment?

Our live sentiment feature helps your organisation to understand and elevate its people, you. We collect daily micro-data from you and your teammates to ensure that the company’s leaders can focus on areas where their efforts are best spent.

Our aim is to redefine how teams connect and understand each other to improve your overall work experience.

The benefits:

  • For you: You get a clearer alignment with your managers, optimising your work experience and sculpting your career development journey. It’s about experiencing more joy in your work, influencing your everyday narrative, and making strides in areas that hold significance for you.

  • For your Company: And at the macro level, your insights fuel continual improvement, to make changes and improvements. Be part of the data that pioneers innovation and growth.

We collect data over three pillars:

  • Relationships - how you feel about your team and the people you work closest to

  • Role - how you feel about your role and responsibilities

  • Culture - how you feel about the wider company and culture

Our insights suggest to your manager when it could be meaningful to have a conversation about what might be going on.

It is important to understand that scores across cateogies do not mean that you are not doing a great job, it simply points towards areas that could, over time, lead to disengagement or other challenges.

What your Company and Managers see:

The responses we collect from you are collated and analysed by us into general insights, none of your answers are directly shared with your organisation! Managers receive aggregated theme data without direct access to individual responses.

For full transparency, what is shown to you in your own profile portal is the same insights given to your manager and HR department.

Your data may also be anonymised and used for broader data analysis.

Reflection topics:

One feature of the Live Alignment program is reflection questions. We give you a selection of topics that you can choose from to focus on, and around once a week you receive a thoughtful question to help you check in with yourself and ensure your topic stays top of mind.
